Lodging Features: As you enter into this tropical Gulf Front vacation rental you will find one of the most beautiful and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. Other features of this top floor, corner unit include a private balcony showcasing the sun, sand and waters, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, breakfast bar and wireless internet. Each bedroom includes televisions as well as comfortable bedding for all. A large television with a DVD player and stereo system rest inside an artistically designed armoire in the living room. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
Resort Features: Clearwater Condominiums is located .8 miles from the very center of Hwy 59 in Gulf Shores and overlooks the vast Gulf of Mexico waters. This 8 story condominium features a beachside outdoor pool as well as children's pool and sundeck. Wireless internet, covered parking outdoor showers and an elevator are available for added convenience. Shopping and dining are within walking distance and let's not forget about the Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, built in 2009, which sits along the east side of Clearwater Condominiums offering fun for the entire family.

12/09/2009 -- the home was very clean and had plenty of room, lots of bed space. But as soon as you walk in the door there is an awful smell. It was a moldy cigarette smell, just terrible. The only way to deal was to turn off the air conditioning and open the balcony doors and the front door. Af night we closed the doors and after waiting awhile turned on the air, the back rooms never cooled off the entire time we were there. There was also hardly any hot water. You had to wait 30 minutes or so between showers and with 3 girls in the house it took forever to get ready. Overall it was in a great location - close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, property was clean and quiet.
