Before you arrive, ResortQuest stocks your vacation rental with linens and towels washed in our 100% sterile, state-of-the-art laundry facility located at our home office in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The only thing you need to worry about in the towel department is bringing is your beach towel!

A Large Dining Out Budget
Our vacation condominiums and homes feature fully-equipped kitchens with a full size refrigerator to store grocery items. Cook delicious, nutritious meals and skip the high cost of dining out every day.

Kitchen Items
Don’t worry about packing everything but the kitchen sink for your vacation. We have it all here! Our fully-equipped kitchens include everything from steak knives to pans to blenders.

Vacation Rental Key
You won’t need to have the vacation rental owner mail you a key ahead of time – So that’s one less thing to keep track of. All you have to do is pick up your unit key, when you arrive, from our check-in office or the after-hours box at your vacation site if you arrive after 5 PM.  

An Area Guide Book
With ResortQuest’s In-Room Concierge Book, you won’t need to hunt down an area guide book to find the best places to go. This Concierge book is found in each of our vacation rental units and provides a directory of local dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Movies for the Kids (or Yourself)
Complimentary DVD Rentals are provided to every ResortQuest guest. So just grab your rental card, head to your check-in location and pick out the movie of your choice. Plus, every unit has a DVD player, so feel free to bring along your personal favorites.  

Blankets and Pillows
ResortQuest vacation rentals are equipped with blankets and pillows in every unit. That means you can take back that precious packing space in your suitcase by removing those bulky blankets. With ResortQuest, packing for your vacation just got a little easier.

Cleaning Supplies
Forget about packing your sponges and cleaners to clean your vacation rental at the end of your trip … all you need to do is take out the trash and run your dishwasher on the way out. Housekeeping will do the rest.

A Stress Ball
No need to keep track of that pesky confirmation number jotted down on a Post-It or a folder of miscellaneous papers. ResortQuest sends ONE confirmation letter with everything you need. On this letter, you’ll find valuable information such as your check-in information and important contact numbers  - so you can leave your stress ball at home.

A Box of “Bored” Games
You won’t have any trouble finding things to do with ResortQuest’s “Passport to Fun” Amenities Program and Beach Coupon Book. Once you arrive, you will receive our “Passport to Fun,” which provides free (seasonal) tickets to the area’s most popular attractions such as Waterparks and Deep Sea Fishing excursions. In the Beach Coupon Book, you’ll find discounts to other local attractions and merchants, providing even more vacation value.
